Terms & General Conditions
By accessing our orbital services or booking a terrestrial simulation, you're agreeing to the protocols that keep our star-bound community safe. Don't worry, it's mostly rocket science.
1. The Foundation of Our Agreement
At Astral Mercantile, we guide you through the stars, but even celestial travel requires a earthly foundation. These terms govern your use of our accommodations, simulations, and astronomical training facilities. By finalizing your "Launch Sequence" (booking), you're officially part of our mission.
What happens if plans change? We understand that terrestrial life can be unpredictable. However, due to the high-precision scheduling of our orbital slots and astronaut instructors, specific cancellation windows apply. Do we offer flexibility? Within reason, yes. But orbital windows wait for no one.
Liability Limits
We provide state-of-the-art safety, but high-G simulations carry inherent risks. You'll need to sign a physical waiver before entry.
Cancellations
Bookings are high-value assets. Cancellations within 14 days of launch incur a 50% technical fee to cover prep costs.
Training Req's
Participation in zero-gravity events requires passing our basic astronaut health screening. Safety first, always.
Proprietary Galactic Data
Everything you see, from our navigation algorithms to our celestial dining menus, belongs to Astral Mercantile. We love when you share photos, but please don't replicate our tech. It's not just policy; it's our life's work.
2. Governing Law
While we operate in the vacuum of space, our legal jurisdiction remains firmly in Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from your stellar adventures will be handled in accordance with local laws in Toronto. Why here? Because it's home, and it's where our mission control resides.
Astral Mercantile reserves the right to update these terms as space travel evolves. We'll always notify our frequent flyers of major trajectory shifts in our policies.
